Role Profile
The Counselling and Personal Development Service is currently seeking a Staff Counsellor with excellent counselling/psychotherapy, mental health assessment/crisis management and staff training skills, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in counselling/psychotherapy or clinical psychology, working with adults in a primary care setting or in an organisational context or equivalent.
The Staff Counsellor will report to the Head of the Counselling & Personal Development Service. The Dean of Students has ultimate responsibility for all services within SS&D.

Salary Scale:
Professional 6 Scale. €64,341 – €91,656
Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
