  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to define integration and separation requirements, scope, and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering Day 1, Day 100, TSA Exit, and Standalone Readiness, including workstreams, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee execution of operational, financial, technology, and organisational activities related to integration and separation
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
  • Facilitate communication and change management initiatives to support stakeholder engagement and adoption
  • Support development and implementation of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and ensure effective service delivery during transition periods
  • Monitor project performance through governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future engagements

Skills and qualifications required

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing integration and separation projects or cross-functional strategic initiatives within M&A, divestiture, or transformation contexts
  • Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of operational, financial, and technology considerations and their interdependencies in integration and separation scenarios
  • Experience designing and implementing project management methodologies or developing PMO practices is desirable
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services environments is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred
