Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Proven experience in risk and regulatory compliance within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments/Fintech) or advisory, legal, or consulting roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and local regulations, including the Consumer Protection Code 2025, Credit, Crypto-Assets, Insurance, and Payments regulations.
  • Strong expertise in developing and maintaining Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements and deliver innovative, constructive solutions.

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Providing technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements and adapting to evolving expectations.
  • Supporting business development and collaborating closely with senior Risk and Regulatory management.
  • Guiding clients through the full regulatory lifecycle, from licensing to inspections and reviews.
  • Planning and managing projects to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Interpreting and implementing new and existing regulations.
  • Developing client Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Reviewing client documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Delivering tailored regulatory training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Participating in internal audit services and secondments to client Compliance Functions.
