We're now looking for a Warehouse Admin to work as part of the Logistics team, ensuring best practice is followed at all times and a Safe working environment for all colleagues. You will work closely with the warehouse FLM and Operations manager as well as external stakeholders to meet current and anticipated requirements to enable the Site to achieve / exceed service expectations

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Responsible for completing all Transport/ warehouse Admin tasks and ensuring they meet with Contractual KPI's and agreed deadlines
• Manage full compliance with H&S Regulations / Training / SOP's
• Processing paperwork and operating IT systems - as required
• Direct communications with customer contacts (Email & Verbal), attending on & off-site meetings when necessary
• Management of Customer complaints - provide reports to Warehouse FLM & Ops manager

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Certified DG Training is essential
• Excellent IT Skills (inc, WMS, Oracle and Microsoft Suite)
• Ability to interpret, understand, and follow directions/instructions
• Customer Management skills is desirable
• Minimum two years' experience working in Logistics Operator
