Quality and Turnover Manager

At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a turnover manager to work on a pharmaceutical project in the Midlands. The role is an exciting opportunity to develop your career on a flagship project. 

Your day to day will include:

• Leading system walkdowns, coordinating with Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure systems are ready for turnover.
• Managing turnover documentation, including test packs, QA records, and system-specific handover dossiers.
• Driving punch list identification, tracking, and closure to achieve walkdown‑ready, snag‑free systems.
• Acting as the key interface with the client for all turnover-related queries, progress updates, and system acceptance.
• Monitoring progress against turnover milestones and proactively resolving blockers to maintain schedule certainty.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Electrical QA/QC, Completions, or Turnover roles on large commercial or mission‑critical projects.
• Expert understanding of Electrical systems and related testing, commissioning, and QA documentation.
• Proven experience managing full system lifecycle from Mechanical Completion to Client Handover.
• Proficiency with digital completions/turnover systems (e.g., GoCompletions, PIMS, Aconex, InControl).
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with ability to drive punch closure and system readiness across multiple disciplines.
