Field Service Manager (FSM), Poland, QSR Europe
Ecolab is currently seeking a Field Service Manager – QSR to work in our QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) business unit. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our customers in the fast-food industry in an assigned territory, providing them with customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

What You Will Do:
· Represent Ecolab with the world’s best-known food service brands and provide excellent customer service
· Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service, advice and solutions for their cleaning and sanitation needs. Conduct food safety, brand standards and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and environmental cleanliness
· Accountable for the achievement of sales and expenses for assigned territory.
· Provide training to customers on brand standards, procedures and products
· Perform installation and maintenance of equipment as necessary
· Complete all required reporting and updating on a timely basis
· Proactively looks for sales opportunities at store or franchise level.
· Partner with Ecolab Account Management teams to solve customer issues and assist in program development
· Maintain professional credentials and remain knowledgeable on current governmental regulations and industry practices
· Complete food safety observations based on the customer’s required visit frequency (monthly or quarterly) and evaluate each department for improved operations
· Meet with store management to provide feedback and findings after the store survey is completed and make recommendations for improvement
· Plan and execute an efficient daily route to maximize effectiveness and productivity
· Work with external service providers as needed and in a cost-effective manner.
· Work collaboratively as part of a diverse Ecolab team
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
· 3 years’ experience working in QSR or other relevant food service industry
· Hold valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
· Spoken and written Polish and English language
· Ability to interact effectively with others, including senior level customers, including the ability to teach, coach and provide guidance and constructive feedback with tact and diplomacy
