
Junior Discrepancy Resolution Analyst for a 12‑month fixed‑term employment contract
Description
Join Ecolab and support accurate, compliant distributor sales processes that drive business performance. In this role, you’ll manage resale activity, ensure policy compliance, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high‑quality financial and customer service outcomes.
How you'll make an impact:
Daily processing of distributor resale activity
Entry of resale information, managing the customer and product cross references, trending analysis, release of sales and distributor credits and the resolution of refund discrepancies with distributors
Monitor distributor compliance with program policies
Investigate sales/credit activity
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in finance, accounting, credit, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service similar field, additional education may be substituted in part
Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Customer service focused with the ability to partner with internal/external contacts
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment
Ability to handle confidential information
Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Process oriented
