About the Program

The Anaesthesia & Analgesia Internship at The Ralph is a service-specific training program designed to prepare veterinarians for advanced training or residency in veterinary anaesthesia.

  • OR at least 2–3 years of clinical practice experience with documented anaesthesia training (courses, certificate, or substantial clinical anaesthesia responsibility).
  • Competence in core technical skills: IV catheterisation, endotracheal intubation, patient monitoring, and safe recovery.
  • Strong motivation to pursue a career in anaesthesia.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, with sound judgment and willingness to escalate when needed.
