Job Title: Service/Repairs Operations Administrator, EPS

Reporting to: Service & Repairs Manager

Location: Mallow, Co Cork


Role Purpose:

The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cork/Kerry service operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operational activities, supporting field teams, management, suppliers, and customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration and coordination of the Cork/Kerry Uisce Éireann support function within the EPS Service & Repairs division.
  • Review and process service work reports.
  • Raise and manage requisitions and purchase requests.
  • Order materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery supporting our co-ordinators.
  • Create and maintain work orders and associated tasks within company systems.
  • Monitor and update the status of service contracts and scheduled works.
  • Track deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and meet requirements.
  • Provide reception cover when required, including handling telephone and visitor enquiries.
  • Support the invoicing process and complete when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Work in co-ordination with other administrative staff to ensure coverage across the department.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams as required.
  • Undertake other relevant administrative duties consistent with the role.


Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to respond quickly to changing business requirements.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a strong customer service focus.
  • A proactive "can-do" approach to work.
