Job Brief

 We are looking for a Senior Administrative Officer to join our team. This role performs a range of administrative, strategic, and operational support activities and works closely with the Director of Operations and other team members to facilitate the efficient operations of the company.

It is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing company with many opportunities to grow and develop. This is a full-time position, in-office position based in our Dublin office. The regular working hours of this position are from 9:00am - 5:30pm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering existing client and new client queries via telephone and email
  • Diary Management
    • Checking all out-of-court sittings
    • Organising equipment set up between our IT and the relevant persons in the agency/organisation/company who have booked us
    • Ensuring all cases diary matches up to emails, and for the following day
  • Other essential functions as determined by the Director.
  • Job specific training will be provided

 

Requirements:

  • Required minimum of 2+ years in an administrative/office role
  • Required minimum of 1+ years of experience in a management position
  • Proficient English and excellent writing skills, spelling, punctuation, and English grammar.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain and track complex tasks.
  • Computer skills – working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF, email, and comfortable learning new programs.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Experience in a legal office environment is a plus but not required.
