Head of Product (Maternity Leave Cover)

Expleo is partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to recruit an Interim Head of Product. This is a senior leadership opportunity supporting a key client engagement and is available on either a Fixed Term Contract or Day Rate Contract basis to provide maternity leave cover.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the successful candidate will lead an established Product Function during a period of continued growth and maturity. The role will be responsible for product governance, commercial performance, product development, and regulatory compliance across a diverse product portfolio.

Working at the intersection of product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and digital teams, you will ensure products deliver excellent customer outcomes while supporting the organisation's strategic and commercial objectives.
