Your team
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in an agile Automation team on delivering automated processes at a high standard.
Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient, and higher quality processes to our customers leveraging multiple technologies e.g. RPA, NLP, Gen AI etc.

What you’ll do
- You will play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.
- Working with the rest of the delivery group and business SMEs you will break down and analyse existing business processes in detail to assess the feasibility and to redesign those processes for an automated supported solution.
- You will be required to communicate process changes and training requirements to business SMEs and management.
- You will design and configure automation solutions using the selected automation platform.
- Set deadlines working with key stakeholders, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise the progress of your projects.
- Perform risk and issue management to minimise project risks and issues.
- Manage sub-project timelines and coordinate development testing with the operation and technology partners.
- Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across the business to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions.
- Responsible for writing user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scripts and code review documents
- Delivers performance reports for stakeholders
- Reports against automation benefits, targets and SLAs
How you’ll do it
- Ability to analyse, understand business problems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
- Experience with automation technologies (Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are very welcome
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly adaptive to changes and stressful situations
- Detail-oriented and thorough and excellent time management skills
