The Role

As a Sourcing Manager within Flutter Group, you'll be the driving force behind our end-to-end sourcing projects, spanning Corporate Services, HR, Finance, Facilities Management, Professional Services, and Legal categories. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives working with business partners from opportunity identification through RFI/RFP/RFQ development to contract negotiation and award.

• Develop and execute category strategies using market intelligence and spend analysis to identify efficiencies and cost savings.

• Conduct commercial analysis that informs business decisions and strengthens the case for change.

• Drive supplier engagement and negotiations that balance cost, quality, and service delivery.

• Track and report on sourcing performance, delivering insights that shape category strategy and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate across functions with Procurement, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure outcomes align with Flutter's broader objectives.

• Prepare compelling reports and presentations that influence senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience:

• Strong experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles with a proven track record of delivering value through strategic initiatives.

• Expertise managing end-to-end tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiation.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen – cost modelling, budgeting, and data-driven analysis are your bread and butter.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; you can turn data into compelling insights.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills; you thrive in cross-functional environments.

• Resilience and adaptability – you excel in fast-paced, evolving settings with competing priorities.

• Collaborative, proactive, and outcome-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

We'd Love to Hear If You Have:

• Experience or strong interest in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), facilities management, capital projects, or workplace services.

• Background in Professional Services categories (Management Consulting, Legal, Finance, Risk).

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and how AI and digital tools can enhance sourcing and supplier management.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot market trends and value creation opportunities.
