Electrical Construction Manager

Fohntech Group are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to join our team in Dublin. In this role you will be managing large-scale projects in the pharma, data centre, and power sectors. Weekly Pay Key Responsibilities Review tender documentation and assess opportunities for value engineering. Manage project schedules, labour allocation, and weekly progress reporting. Oversee subcontractors to ensure efficient productivity and quality workmanship. Ensure quality standards are met, including snagging and final inspections. Assist in procurement management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are tested and handed over. Key Requirements: Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade cert with 5+ years of construction management experience. Proven track record managing large electrical projects across multiple sectors. Strong understanding of commercial management, quality assurance, and site safety. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients.
