Fohntech Group is seeking an experienced Turnover Test Pack Manager to join their team in Belgium. Rotation plan is available. Duration of the project is 2 years. The Turnover Test Pack Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and delivering all construction test packs and turnover documentation to achieve mechanical completion, system handover, and final acceptance in line with GMP, project specifications, and client requirements. The role ensures systems are handed over complete, traceable, and right-first-time, supporting on-time commissioning and qualification Key Responsibilities of the Role: Develop and implement the Turnover and Test Pack Execution Plan in alignment with the overall project schedule and client turnover philosophy. Define system boundaries, system ownership, and turnover sequencing in coordination with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams. Establish the Inspection & Test Record (ITR) and test pack structure Lead the compilation, tracking, and verification of all test packs, ITRs, check sheets, certificates, weld records, pressure tests, flushing records, redlines, and as-built documentation. Ensure progressive, real-time collection of documentation during construction rather than end-loaded closeout. Verify that all test packs are complete, accurate, signed, and compliant with GMP and project standards before system walkdown or handover Confirm mechanical completion readiness of systems prior to walkdowns. Plan and coordinate internal construction walkdowns and formal W1, W2, and W3 system walks with QA, Commissioning, and the Client. Manage and track punch lists, ensuring timely closure of critical and non-critical items before system turnover. Act as the primary interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Client QA for all turnover and test pack activities. Manage and assign systems to Turnover Engineers and Test Pack Engineers, providing clear priorities and milestones. Chair regular turnover and system readiness meetings, communicating status, risks, and mitigation actions to project leadership. Ensure all turnover documentation meets GMP, GDP, and client-specific documentation standards. Verify that all deviations, NCRs, and open quality issues are formally closed or dispositioned prior to handover. Support client audits and inspections related to construction completion and turnover documentation. Utilise approved digital turnover and document management systems (e.g. ACC, EIDA, BIM platforms, Power BI dashboards). Maintain live turnover KPIs and dashboards, including:Test pack completion status, System readiness percentages, Punch closure rates Prepare and issue weekly and monthly turnover progress reports to project and senior management. Essential Criteria (examples of information needed below) Previous experience in the Pharma sector +5 years Demonstrated experience managing turnover, test packs, or system handover on pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated construction projects. Strong working knowledge of GMP documentation requirements, including ITRs, test packs, redline/as-built control, and regulated handover standards. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, Commissioning, Client QA) to achieve system turnover milestones. High level of document control, attention to detail, and quality focus, with experience ensuring right-first-time handover. Competent in the use of digital turnover/document management systems and tracking tools (e.g. ACC, EIDA, BIM platforms, dashboards).
