Job Purpose

We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to lead enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives which will bridge cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions, driving automation, and ensuring robust security compliance across global IT environments. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and common security frameworks to align technology strategy with business objectives.



Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Lead automation and integration projects to improve operational efficiency
  • Design and implement security controls aligned with CIS and NIST frameworks
  • Manage identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, SAML, OAuth2)
  • Oversee Azure networks and Landing Zone configurations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and mentor colleagues
  • Support mergers and acquisitions with seamless onboarding and security integration
  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies for project delivery
  • Provide Level 3 technical support and act as an escalation point
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards



Essential Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure and architecture roles
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Expert-level knowledge of Azure Infrastructure as a Service including design patterns, subscription management, and policy deployment
  • Expert-level knowledge of Azure services with relevant certification or experience (App Services, Automation, Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps)
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python
  • Proven experience in security frameworks (CIS, NIST) and endpoint management (Intune, Tanium)
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and team development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

 

Desirable

  • Microsoft certifications in Azure and Cloud Engineering
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (Fabric, PowerBI, Synapse)
  • Experience with Infrastructure As Code development
  • Familiarity with Agile project management
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and audit processes

Additional Requirements
