Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with executive leaders to define and prioritise sales activation strategies, leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Partner with our In-Country UK Director to lead forecasting, business reviews, and commercial rhythm. You will bring operation excellence and commercial discipline to the team; effectively leading on trading, pipeline management, priority Objectives and Key Results (OKR) delivery and resource allocation.
  • Lead from the front, serving as a strategic partner to customers by building, growing, and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
  • Operate on a higher balcony, thinking UKI and EMEA first and drive thought leadership and problem solving of commercial issues, often partnering across organization and functions to develop activation plans for our key strategic bets.
  • Recognise that your people are critical to unlocking commercial success and you invest heavily in their development through regular coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, ecommerce, retail or media.
  • 7 years of experience with people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing sales operating models and workflows which involve multiple partner teams across sales and service functions.
  • Experience in sales coaching, mentoring, team leadership with energy and passion and the ability to lead large teams that consist of multiple levels of management, lead through change and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to be curious about AI, technology and the future of consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent investigative skills with the ability to investigate performance, develop actionable insights and galvanise action to capture opportunities.
  • Excellent personal leadership strengths with a proven track record leading and inspiring peers in a changing environment.
