As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the key relationship holder and establish strong, collaborative relationships with all external colo-vendor stakeholders in the assigned region, conducting regular business reviews on discuss performance, strategic alignment, and future opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to regional and company compliance and security requirements and resolve performance issues, or non-compliance matters.
- Support agreement negotiation, renewal, and termination processes in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams.
- Manage regional vendor budgets and expenditures on networking requests, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and reviewing vendor invoices.
- Identify and propose opportunities for vendor improvement and optimization, providing regional insights to global vendor management strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience in vendor management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or others.
- Experience with data modeling, dashboarding and reporting, involving large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Understanding of statistical process control and process improvement, including implementation experience.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time as needed.
