- Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and sales team.
- Deliver against motivated business and product goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
- Model and coach business behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection managing, and selling.
- Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of business innovation and advertiser success on the team.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, online media, online retail or strategy consulting.
- Experience in the Italian market, working with Italian clients or digital advertising agencies.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection managing, engaged selling.
- Ability to own sales team operations across Italy portfolio management, team building, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, execution.
- Ability to be personable yet resilient, with good communication and people-management skills, and a passion for selling with a drive to innovate.
- Ability to grow on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, and possess effective communication, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
