Job Description
The suitable candidate to join the dynamic and quick growing Aviation Advisory team will be a qualified accountant with previous accounting/audit experience, highly motivated, excellent communication skills and hold a positive attitude towards working in a team environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver on financial report outputs (financial models, financial statements, analysis etc.);
- Supervise and train more junior members of the team to ensure the firm’s standards are continuously achieved;
Analyse & establish the root cause of data issues;
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their business challenges, and identifying opportunities for value-added services; and
Develop knowledge of core processes within aircraft leasing (maintenance reserves & aircraft lease management);
- Oversee the work of trainees and seniors on client finance engagements; and
Support & manage projects & initiatives.
- ACA/ACCA qualified;
- 4-5 years experience;
- Audit experience from a top-ten firm would be advantageous;
- Ability to interpret financial statements;
- Experience of accounting standards - IFRS and Irish GAAP;
- Knowledge on US GAAP would be beneficial;
- Internal audit experience would be advantageous;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
Advanced excel and analytical skills;
Ability to understand problems quickly with a growth mindset and identify solutions;
- Experience of working as part of a team supporting others; and
- Skilled in motivating and managing staff to successfully meet tight deadlines.
