Job Description
We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Consultants and Senior Consultants in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-grade IAM solutions. You’ll work with clients across multiple industries to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management aligned to business goals.
As a Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of IAM projects, from strategy and design to implementation and support.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of engagements, leading project delivery, mentoring others, and advising clients on strategic IAM transformations.
Key Responsibilities
For all levels:
- Deliver IAM projects across diverse client environments, from strategy and design to deployment and optimisation.
- Design and implement scalable identity architectures using platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
- Develop and configure access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Conduct IAM maturity assessments, risk analyses, and support remediation planning.
- Collaborate with client security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM solutions with broader cybersecurity and governance strategies.
- Stay up to date with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities for Senior Consultants:
- Lead end-to-end IAM engagements, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance on IAM frameworks, architectures, and governance models.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to practice development and knowledge sharing.
- Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1 - 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Proficiency in IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
- Excellent project management, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or equivalent.
Desired Skills
- Experience with cloud identity frameworks, including AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM, or Azure Entra ID.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience integrating IAM with GRC, Zero Trust, or Access Governance initiatives.
