Our team brings people from diverse backgrounds together with experience across financial services regulation, risk management, compliance and governance and is made up of professionals with a broad range of experience across financial services and beyond.

The increased focus by European Regulators on financial services firm’s interpretation of regulation, and the effective incorporation of requirements into the operating model, as well as the effectiveness of risk frameworks and management means firms are increasingly requiring assistance in adapting to the evolving regulatory environment. We are looking for new talent to play a key role in taking our regulatory and risk management offering to clients as we continue to build a team in the Irish market.

The Risk, Regulation and Governance team offers the following services to prospective clients across the financial services sector:

  • Risk Management: Providing expert support and tailored solutions involving the development or assessment of risk management frameworks and associated artefacts, processes and governance structure to meet regulatory requirements and align with business strategy.

  • Regulatory Support: Guiding firms through the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle – from initial licensing to managing thematic reviews, inspections and skilled persons reviews.

  • ICT Governance, Strategy & Risk Management: Building integrated, risk-aligned ICT frameworks that enhance oversight, accountability and strategic decision-making across the business, and supporting enhancement of the operating model to embed the framework accordingly.

  • Operational Risk & Operational Resilience: Supporting organisations with development or assessment of operational resilience frameworks, leading end-to-end scenario testing and crisis management programmes and assessment of operational risks and control frameworks.

  • Corporate Governance: Review of corporate governance structures and frameworks against regulatory requirements and industry best practice.

  • Internal Audit & Assurance Services: Independent assurance and co-sourced support to strengthen internal audit effectiveness and deliver value-added insights.

The successful applicant will assist the senior members of the team in expanding our market offering, play a key role in strengthening our client relationships, and assist in the delivery of a range of interesting engagements.
