We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team. If you have a passion for hospitality, love helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from hotel guests and assist with new and existing reservations.
  • Input and manage reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Provide detailed and accurate information on hotel facilities and amenities.
  • Process cancellations, amendments, and special requests efficiently.
  • Log all calls and correspondence accurately.
  • Upsell additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Stay updated on all hotel policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required for customer interactions
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Irish geography is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel or booking systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the hotel or hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays is required.
