The TA Ops Manager provides the right structure to streamline our hiring process, tracks talent analytics to provide trends and insights, monitors candidate experience metrics, and empowers our TA leaders and specialists alike to make data-driven recruiting decisions aligned with our business strategy.Job Description
Responsibilities:
People manager for global Talent Operations Analysts
Located across APAC, AMER and EMEA
Own all performance managing, career developing and coaching
Escalation point for the team
Accountable for interview scheduling process, background check process and offer documentation for new hires
TA point of contact for all compliance and legal areas including:
Auditing and creation of new employment offer documentation
Background check audits
Manage Vendors for all TA-related software and services;
Invoice management
Contract renewals
RFP for new vendors
QBRs with vendors
Owner for interview scheduling tool including; optimization, updates, education and acting as the POC for all issues and questions
Acting as the main TA point of contact for stakeholder groups including; People Ops (HR Operations,) Legal, Compliance, Onboarding, Procurement and People Business Partners
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process and candidate experience, including interview process, offer process, and onboarding.
Document processes and best practices through SLA and SOPs to ensure quality and consistency of experience.
Identify and implement Candidate and Hiring Manager experience opportunities for improvement using survey data
Partner with our Business Technology (IT) group as a subject matter expert for our recruiting software tools with the ability to optimize that toolset.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Be the expert on all existing TA reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders, including the TA team and hiring managers.
Track TA budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee candidate experience initiatives to ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey.
Manage TA initiatives as Workstream or Program lead.

Experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, with a track record of streamlining processes and implementing solutions.
Experience building operational metrics and performance metrics
Strong experience utilizing recruiting tools including ATS, experience with Workday ATS a strong advantage
Strong understanding of nuances and practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Proven project management and organizational skills.
Having prior experience with Lever or a similar ATS is required.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on a solution mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable communicating and collaborating in a multicultural, multinational environment.
Proven experience driving change
Excellent experience managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
