Position Summary

The Supplier Quality Lead is responsible for co-ordination of the Supplier Life Cycle Management relevant activities relating to Haleon Dungarvan Medicinal and Medical Device and to ensure they comply with GMP requirements.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include the following:

• ·         Quality support for New Supplier Introduction.

  ·         Supplier Steering Process 

  ·         Product Requirement Specifications/Site Requirement Specification process.

  ·         Management of supplier quality issues on site, including supplier complaints. 

  ·         Building relationships with suppliers including site visits 

  ·         Management of Notification of Change process.

  ·         Support Risk Management/de-risking process  

  ·         Interface with Global Supplier Quality

  ·         Support Level 3-4 Audits 

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Preferred Education: Third Level qualification in relevant discipline. Science based qualification is preferred.
• 2 years + experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferably in a similar role, including:
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels both within the sites and Haleon and externally through appropriate skills: - Verbal / written, Negotiation, Report writing, presentation, Empathy / affiliation and listening. 
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan work and to manage projects 
  • Understanding of Quality Managements Systems related to the manufacture of Medical Device and Medicinal for required markets.
