About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the strategic growth of our business. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities, industry trends, and emerging markets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that support business expansion and long-term organisational goals.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and prospective clients within target industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, technical, marketing) to develop customised proposals and client-focused solutions.
• Analyse business development metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and updates on business development progress for senior management.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
•  Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
