Commissioning Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of commissioning engineers in the successful completion of projects within the established timeline and budget
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, ensuring all systems are fully functional and meeting project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Review project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and commissioning procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to the team
- Lead commissioning meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status and any deviations from the plan
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the commissioning process
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve any commissioning issues that arise during the project
- Mentor and train junior commissioning engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning roles, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes and equipment in industrial or commercial projects
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to commissioning activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and address issues during the commissioning process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and technical software tools used for commissioning activities
