About the Role

We are looking for Graduate BIM Modellers to join BIM team in Limerick, Ireland. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and eager to learn ISO 19650 principles.

You will support the creation and maintenance of accurate 3D models for electrical substations and related infrastructure projects. Reporting to a BIM Lead and BIM Coordinator, you will collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure models meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development & Maintenance Create and maintain detailed electrical High Voltage 3D BIM models for substation components.
• Set up and customize Revit families and templates as required. Update models regularly to reflect design changes and project developments.
• Coordination & Quality Control Perform clash detection and assist in resolving conflicts between disciplines.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Support the implementation of BIM workflows and standards within the team.
• Documentation & Detailing Generate construction drawings and documentation from BIM models (plans, sections, elevations).
• Ensure all outputs meet quality and project requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication Work closely with engineers and other team members to deliver coordinated models.
• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate updates effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. BIM certification or training is an advantage.
• No professional experience required; academic or internship exposure to BIM is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Navisworks is a plus.
• Strong interest in BIM workflows and ISO 19650 principles (essential).
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
