About the Role:

The LMS Training Coordinator supports the management, maintenance, and daily operation of H&MV’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures the platform functions smoothly, content is well‑organised, learners receive the support they need, and data is accurate and consistently maintained. The position requires collaborating with internal stakeholders, trainers, IT, the Training Department, and external partners to enhance the overall LMS experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day administration of the LMS, including: Course creation and configuration, Enrolment of learners, Uploading and updating training documentation, Creating and managing user accounts
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and trainers to publish new training materials and ensure courses are properly categorised and aligned with internal standards.
  • Generate, analyse, and distribute standard and ad‑hoc LMS reports on learner progress, course completions, and compliance training, as required by departments.
  • Support learners and instructors by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system use.
  • Monitor the LMS environment proactively to identify potential issues before they impact users, taking action to resolve or escalate appropriately.
  • Recommend enhancements and improvements to LMS processes, workflows, and user experience.
  • Stay informed on LMS platform updates, new features, and best practices and highlight opportunities for H&MV to benefit from system improvements.
  • Support pre‑launch administrative activities to ensure successful implementation and rollout of the LMS.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in LMS administration, HR/Training coordination, or a similar learning‑technology role (experience with Absorb Learning Management System an advantage).
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and provide user‑friendly solutions.
  • Proactive, process‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  •  Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus.
