Reporting to: Quality Lead

Location: Limerick

We have active sites and offices across the EMEA region, where our local expert staff provide engineering solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management, document control, and audit preparation. The intern will support various aspects of our quality processes, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for external audits, including but not limited to Achilles, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001. o Gather and organize necessary documentation to ensure readiness for audits.

• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits, focusing on areas such as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Project Management. Prepare audit reports, document findings, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

• Document Control:Maintain the document control system to ensure all new and existing documents are up-to-date, accurately filed, and adhere to company standards. o Review, update, and standardize templates to ensure uniformity across all documents. Support in the implementation and management of the document control process within the quality management system.

• Quality Reporting: Assist in preparing quality update presentations and reports for management reviews.  Create and maintain Quality Update PowerPoints to communicate key metrics, trends, and findings. Support the preparation of Quality Reviews to highlight performance, areas of improvement, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer:
