Overview: We are offering QS students an introduction to commercial functions such as contract management, pricing strategies, financial analysis and business development.

Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Assistant Trainee, you will:

• Support the commercial team in managing contracts, pricing, and financial aspects of projects.
• Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Learn how to review project budgets, costs, and profit margins to ensure financial targets are met.
• Gain experience in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with project teams to provide commercial support and guidance for successful project delivery.
• Assist in preparing commercial performance reports for senior management.
