About the Role:
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about helping people grow? We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality training for both internal teams and external clients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring training programmes run seamlessly from planning to completion while providing exceptional service to participants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programmes across multiple teams and clients.
- Manage trainer availability, candidate numbers, venue or platform arrangements, and all related logistics.
- Communicate clearly with trainers, clients, and candidates to ensure every session runs efficiently and professionally.
Administration & Support
- Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
- Handle bookings, registrations, attendance tracking, and manage changes such as cancellations or rescheduling.
- Support administrative and finance processes, including issuing certificates, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for all training-related enquiries.
Business Support & Client Engagement
- Promote training offerings and contribute to business growth through proactive client engagement.
- Assist with reporting, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in training coordination, administration, or a similar support role.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A positive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms.
