Overview
Works autonomously and acts as a senior in fulfilling resource requirements for the business by providing workable resourcing solutions. Manages and/or co-ordinates areas of work and the work of others, maintaining status and assisting the Resourcing Manager in planning, budgeting, oversight, and documentation. Ensures the organisation has the right people with the right skills available at the right time to accomplish client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist in allocating resources across projects within a delivery unit.
- Maintain accurate resource data in internal systems on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to understand staffing needs and update plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to track hiring progress and update resource availability.
- Using outsourcing to deliver projects, if necessary.
- Contribute to reporting on invoicing mix and billable rates.
- Work closely with Practice Managers to ensure alignment between staffing and capability needs.
- Ensure data quality and timely updates for workforce planning inputs.
- Keeps informed on business strategies and implements solutions for process improvements within the context of overall business processes
- Support general operations and facilities tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
