Iron Mountain is seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to join our new Data Entry team. The role will be covering our Damastown, Rathcoole and Athy sites.

Responsibilities:

The Data Entry Supervisor is responsible for the daily functions within the Data Entry team. Ensures that department goals and targets are met with the primary focus on quality data entry procedures and service for our customers. Accountable for ensuring the department policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.

  • Provide requisite training and work environment for employees. Assist with the recruitment, hiring and training of new employees and ongoing training and support for the team

  • Create and maintain data entry screens through IM Data Entry module GDE

  • Regular communication and support for team on service performance and updates on new company policy, programs or services

  • Delegate, monitor and coordinate department functions to meet deadlines required by customers and operations

  • Responsible for evaluating upcoming workload and forecasting staffing needs to meet data entry standards and quality indicators

  • Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain policies and procedures. H&S, Internal courses 

  • Ensure customer data integrity by reviewing and analysing system reports to validate data integrity and quality

  • Maintain working relationship with other departments teams , Transport, Warehouse, Digital Scanning and the Commercial Team 

  • Communicate with Operations regarding data entry requirements

  • Communicate with Administration team on any data entry projects and special pricing that may have to be administered

  • Provide activity reports and data entry exception tracking review and analysis

  • Collaboration with Account Management, Operations, Customer Service and Administration on customer needs

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Strong team leadership skills and customer support activities are required

  • Computer literacy and ability to use on-line system for input, maintenance and inquiries 

  • Competency in computer software packages (Microsoft office, Google Sheets Google Docs)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to Travel between our sites in Dublin and a Kildare is a requirement

  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a service related industry referred but not essential
