Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and E-Commerce Associate to join our IT Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team . In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of visual content and the execution of Social Media advertising campaigns to drive growth across our European Union (EU) and United States (US) markets. You will report directly to the Director of ALM Marketing with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our E-commerce Marketing Manager. This structure offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to receive high-level mentorship while taking direct ownership of global digital projects.

What You’ll Do (Core responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Execute Multi-Channel Content Creation: Design high-quality visual assets—including homepage banners, promotional graphics, and short-form videos—using Canva and CapCut to engage audiences across various social media platforms.
  • Manage Global Social Ecosystems: Own and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring the timely scheduling and publication of organic posts while monitoring platform trends to maintain a market-leading presence.
  • Optimise Paid Media Performance: Set up and manage advertising campaigns, actively adjusting budgets, audience targeting, and creative assets to maximise Return on Investment (ROI).

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or content creation internship, with a demonstrated ability to create and edit visual content (images and short-form video).
  • Hands-on experience using Canva and CapCut templates for content editing, as well as familiarity with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager.
  • Proven ability to maintain a social media content calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve marketing outcomes.
