You will support the delivery of a National transport infrastructure project in Ireland where you will lead with passion, your knowledge in electrical, telecommunications, water, gas across the Utilities sector, sharing your strong understanding of regulations and construction methodologies. Your communication and organisation skills will set you and your team up for success supporting quality assurance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
As part of a global drainage delivery team, you will play a key role in delivering Water / Environmental and transportation drainage design services throughout all stages of project development on multi-disciplinary projects.
BusConnects is a strategic national-level intervention for Ireland that will enhance sustainable transportation and the environment by upgrading walking, cycling and bus infrastructure in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, and Waterford.
We have been appointed by the National Transport Authority (NTA) as their Client Partner to deliver Dublin’s BusConnects infrastructure. This will include providing programme management and multi-disciplinary expertise over a 10-year programme to deliver 12 schemes comprising 230 kilometres of continuous bus priority corridors and 200 kilometres of cycle paths and improved pedestrian facilities from procurement through to handover of this new infrastructure.
- Knowledgeable in the standards and guidelines applicable to utility providers in Ireland
- In-depth experience in utilities technical design (electrical, telecommunications, water, gas, foul etc.)
- Experience liaising with Statutory Providers/Utility Companies and Local Authorities
- Experience leading and directing teams in a digital / BIM environment, co-ordinating utilities with other disciplines
- Experience in linear infrastructure schemes
- Civil Engineering related degree
