As a member of our dynamic team of engineers and technicians, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of nationally and regionally significant transportation projects across Ireland and the UK. You’ll be involved in preparing feasibility studies, scheme reports, and preliminary and detailed designs for highways and active travel initiatives—helping shape sustainable infrastructure for communities.
You’ll also have opportunities to attend progress meetings and public exhibitions, engaging with stakeholders and the public to support project transparency and collaboration.
Our Ireland Transportation sector is delivering high-profile projects for clients such as Transport Infrastructure Ireland, the National Transport Authority, Irish Rail, major contractors, and several Local Authorities. You will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to working on some of the biggest landmark projects across Ireland.
These positions will sit within our Civil Engineering teams in Dublin and Cork, where your expertise and passion can help drive innovation and growth across our transportation projects.
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Should be working towards Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent
- A good understanding of Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) Publications and / or UK Design Manual for Roads and Bridge (DMRB)
- Experience in designing Major Highway, Local Road, or Active Travel schemes
- Basic knowledge of project management, contractual issues, and construction supervision
- An understanding of Health & Safety legislation
