Landowner Liaison Officer

You will be responsible for building relationships with landowners, both residential and commercial that will be directly impacted by the delivery of project and overseeing all activities from a landowner liaison perspective. Your flawless communication skills will be crucial acting as the main point of contact for all landowner queries and will ensure that consistent messaging is delivered to affected landowners particularly around the impact of upcoming developments.
- Strong understanding of the Irish property market, compulsory purchase law and practice including land and property acquisition processes
- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements and teams within a construction environment
- Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools such as GIS
- Create a collaborative culture across the project team
- Govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service delivery
