We are seeking a skilled Planner at Jacobs to join our team in Ireland due to National growth. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects by creating, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules. The Planner will ensure all activities are logically sequenced and aligned with key delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
- Track progress and analyse variances against the baseline plan
- Provide accurate schedule data to support updates, forecasting, and decision-making
- Collaborate with multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- 5+ years’ experience in a Planner role and a proven track record of conducting schedule & planning management activities in high value road or infrastructure projects
- Strong technical expertise in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment #LI-NC2
