Your impact


We are seeking a Planning Manager to join our growing team in Ireland. This is a key senior role aligned with our strategic growth plan, offering exciting opportunities to contribute to major projects and programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project or programme schedules to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and contractual requirements
  • Manage Primavera P6 to track and analyse progress, forecast outcomes, and run scenario analyses
  • Business partnering with teams across Ireland & UK, leading and engaging with broader Planning team
  • Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making and mitigate delays
  • Collaborate effectively with teams, workstream leads, and leadership to drive successful delivery

Here's what you'll need


  • 10+ years’ experience in Planning Management and a proven track record of conducting schedule & planning management activities in high value infrastructure projects
  • Strong technical expertise in planning and scheduling tools (especially P6)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyse complex data and present clear insights for decision-making
  • Proven experience in planning within large-scale construction projects or programmes
  • Experienced people leader managing a passionate and diverse team
