We are seeking an experienced Programme Controls Manager to lead governance, planning, cost control, change control, risk management, and reporting across large-scale programmes. This role is critical to ensuring delivery aligns with organizational standards and strategic objectives through robust performance monitoring and effective stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and cost control processes
- Manage change control and risk mitigation strategies
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual obligations
- Drive performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- 7+ years’ experience in Programme Controls and a proven track record of conducting schedule & planning management activities in high value road or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in programme controls within large infrastructure or transportation projects
- Strong knowledge of cost management, risk analysis, and change control processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
