We’re seeking a Contract Administration Professional to join our Contracts Management Group, where you will support the end‑to‑end contracting process for multiple highly specialized Life Sciences clients and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, multinational projects that enable our clients to deliver world‑class scientific and manufacturing capabilities.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, Procurement, and key stakeholder teams to prepare, review, and revise contractual documents for a diverse portfolio of global clients. Your work will directly influence how Jacobs positions itself commercially, manages risk, and drives successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Support the full contracting lifecycle for large, complex projects
- Prepare, review, analyze, and revise contractual documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Jacobs’ governance requirements
- Interpret and present contract terms and conditions to Sales, Operations, and Project teams, clearly communicating obligations, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with our Legal team to review client-proposed terms, identify risk areas, and support negotiation strategies; you may participate directly in negotiations
- Work with stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure consistency, continuity, and quality of contract language and approaches
- Apply strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and clients
- Proactively engage with colleagues to resolve challenges, maintain process alignment, and contribute to continuous improvement within the CMG team
- Commercial/private-sector prime contracting experience, ideally within an engineering or construction environment
- Degree qualified in contract law, international business, contract management, or related field
- Experience working with clients in Life Sciences or Advanced Manufacturing (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi‑discipline, multi‑national project teams on large or complex engineering or construction projects
- Europe-based experience across Ireland, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, or France required; U.S. contracting experience is beneficial
- A minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar function
- Strong understanding of key contract and legal terms, risk drivers, and the ability to translate these for non-contract stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
