Customer Success (Remote from Republic of Lithuania)

The position combines technical expertise with strategic account management, enabling you to identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals, and support multi-product adoption. Success in this role is measured by revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term adoption outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to translate technical successes into measurable business impact.
