
Onboarding Specialist
Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine consultative sales, technical onboarding, and customer success within a fast-evolving business messaging ecosystem. Accountabilities:
- Engage with inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and drive consultative conversations to convert prospects into active users
- Lead onboarding processes, providing both commercial guidance and technical support before and after client activation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key and premium partners, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
- Support clients in understanding platform capabilities and best practices to maximize value and performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share feedback and contribute to continuous product improvements
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend solutions to enhance their onboarding experience
- Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role (junior and senior profiles considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both commercial and technical discussions
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or technical integrations is a strong advantage
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and continuously improve skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote, async setup
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
- For senior candidates: deep domain expertise, ability to define strategies, and experience managing complex projects or partnerships
- Competitive monthly compensation:
- Junior level: €2,000 – €4,000
- Senior level: €5,000 – €7,000
