Accountabilities

  • Modernize and scale core IC programs by redesigning key programs to be AI-first and scalable.
  • Build a comprehensive professional development curriculum focusing on communication, influencing, and critical skills.
  • Lead and develop the team through effective management and coaching.
  • Drive the adoption of scalable AI tools for Individual Contributors.
  • Conduct a needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions for a diverse audience.
  • Leverage data for continuous program improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Model cross-functional collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Requirements
