Accountabilities

Modernize and scale core IC programs by redesigning key programs to be AI-first and scalable.

Build a comprehensive professional development curriculum focusing on communication, influencing, and critical skills.

Lead and develop the team through effective management and coaching.

Drive the adoption of scalable AI tools for Individual Contributors.

Conduct a needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Design innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions for a diverse audience.

Leverage data for continuous program improvement and strategic decision-making.

Model cross-functional collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
