Care Supervisor - CHO7Office Team·South Dublin office

Right at Home are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team supporting clients across the CHO7 South West Dublin area.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in home care, health, or social care supervision

• Minimum Level 6 qualification (or above) in Health/Social Care/Management

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to support carers, carry out spot checks, complete assessments, and ensure compliance with HSE standards

• Confidence working independently while collaborating with office and care teams

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day care delivery across CHO9

• Support and mentor care staff

• Complete client reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks

• Uphold high standards of care and regulatory compliance

• Work closely with the office team to ensure smooth service delivery
