Health Care Assistant – Part-Time

Right at Home is one of Ireland’s leading and award-winning home care providers. We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Health Care Assistants to support our clients across the community.

Currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistants in Dublin 15 and 7 on a Part-Time basis- work up to 20h at weekends.

Qualifications & Training Requirements

· Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules:

· Care Skills

· Care of the Older Person

· Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required)

· International Police Clearance, where applicable

Essential Competencies

· Demonstrates compassion, patience, and empathy

· Dependable and attentive, with a strong commitment to high-quality care

· Effective communication skills with clients and internal teams

· Ability to work independently and adhere to company policies and safety standards

· Previous care experience is desirable

· Supporting client independence and social engagement

· Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times

· Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
