Description

The Regional Supply Planner sits at the centre of how we deliver for our customers. You will own supply across regional warehouses, making sure the right product is available, in the right place, at the right time. Your decisions will show up directly in service levels, stock health, and commercial performance.

You’ll manage the regional supply plan end-to-end in SAP IBP (DRP), connecting demand forecasts, factory output, and logistics constraints into a clear, actionable plan. This is not about maintaining a plan; it is about shaping it, challenging it, and making calls when trade-offs are needed.

Working across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics, you will align priorities, confirm what’s feasible, and give the business clear direction on supply. You will also take ownership of inventory outcomes, setting safety stock, managing risk, and acting early on supply gaps, excess, and obsolescence.

This role moves at a pace. You will deal with change, disruption, and competing priorities, staying close to the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

If you are ready to take ownership, make decisions, and be accountable for regional supply outcomes, this is where you step up.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Own the Regional Supply Plan
Build, manage, and continuously adjust the end-to-end supply plan in SAP IBP (DRP). Ensure demand, factory output, and transport constraints are aligned into a realistic, deliverable plan.

  • Deliver Product Availability
Make sure the right stock is positioned across regional warehouses to meet service level targets. Balance availability with working capital, no overstocking, no avoidable gaps.

  • Set and Control Inventory Policy
Define and maintain safety stock levels based on demand variability and agreed service levels. Actively manage inventory health across running SKUs, new product launches, and phase-in/phase-out transitions.

  • Manage the Purchase Order Lifecycle
Take full ownership of purchase orders from creation through to amendment and completion, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with supply plans.

  • Identify and Act on Supply Risk
Stay ahead of risk, whether it is supply gaps, capacity constraints, logistics delays, or demand shifts. Bring clear options, make decisions, and follow through to resolution.

  • Drive Stock Accuracy and Risk Reduction
Lead weekly stock-at-risk analysis, identifying out-of-stock and below-safety-stock issues. Drive actions to reduce excess, obsolescence, and service risk.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the central point of contact for supply. Work closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, constraints, and outcomes.

  • Communicate Clearly and Early
Provide transparent, timely updates on product availability, risks, and recovery plans. Set clear expectations and avoid surprises.

  • Support Better Decisions Across the Business
Use data from SAP IBP, Excel, and reporting tools to guide decisions. Translate complex supply signals into simple, actionable insights the business can use.

  • Improve How We Plan
Continuously look for ways to strengthen planning accuracy, simplify processes, and improve how we use systems and data.

Who This Role Is For

This role is for an experienced Regional Supply Planner or Supply Planner ready to take full ownership of supply across markets, not just contribute to it.

You will fit here if you:

  • Have solid experience in end-to-end supply planning or DRP, ideally in a global manufacturing or FMCG environment

  • Are comfortable managing supply across multiple warehouses or regions, balancing service, cost, and inventory

  • Understand how supply, demand, and manufacturing connect and can be challenging when something does not add up

  • Are confident using SAP IBP (or similar planning systems) and Excel to build and adjust plans quickly

  • Can work across functions and levels, influencing Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service without relying on hierarchy

This role suits someone who does not wait for direction.

You take ownership, make decisions with incomplete information, and stay accountable for the outcome, good or bad. You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and trade-offs are part of the job.

You do not just highlight problems, you bring options, push for decisions, and follow through.

What Will Make You Successful Here

  • You understand end-to-end supply
You connect demand, production, lead times, and logistics into a plan that works in reality, not just on paper.

  • You are confident in SAP IBP and data
You use SAP IBP (DRP) and Excel to build, adjust, and validate plans, turning data into clear decisions.

  • You make your own decisions
You are comfortable managing trade-offs between service, cost, and inventory, and you stand over the outcomes.

  • You stay ahead of risk
You spot supply gaps, constraints, and delays early, and act before they impact service or stock.

  • You actively manage inventory
You apply safety stock, lead times, and replenishment logic to keep inventory balanced and reduce excess and obsolescence.

  • You influence across teams
You align Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service around clear, realistic supply plans.

  • You communicate clearly
You provide direct updates on availability, risks, and recovery plans, no surprises.

  • You focus on outcomes and improvement
You measure success through service levels, stock health, and risk reduction, and you are always looking to improve how things are done.
