We’re hiring a Senior Global People Generalist to play a central role in that journey: combining hands‑on HR generalist work with meaningful involvement in people programs, policy, ER and operational excellence.

This is a role for someone who wants to own, improve and embed, not just advise.


The Opportunity

This role sits within the People Operations team and supports the delivery of key people initiatives during a critical phase of organisational growth and change.

You’ll work closely with senior People leaders, program owners and business stakeholders to:

  • Improve how HR works day‑to‑day

  • Support the delivery of core people programs

  • Strengthen employee relations, policy and governance

  • Help embed new tools, processes and ways of working across the organisation

It’s a broad, visible role with real scope to shape how People Operations shows up globally at WaterWipes.


What You’ll Be Accountable For

You will combine program delivery with core HR generalist ownership, including:

  • Contributing to and, where appropriate, leading HR projects and people initiatives (e.g. reward, engagement, organisation‑wide programmes)

  • Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders to support program delivery and resolve issues

  • Supporting data gathering, analysis and reporting to inform people decisions

  • Providing day‑to‑day HR generalist support to managers and the People team

  • Playing an active role in Employee Relations, managing allocated cases and contributing to case reviews

  • Owning the HR policy lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, updating and embedding policies and guidance

  • Ensuring policies, contracts and practices are legally compliant across relevant jurisdictions

  • Driving HR operations excellence through process mapping, simplification and standardisation

  • Supporting the embedding of HR systems, tools and processes as the function matures

This is a hands‑on role, you’ll be expected to drive work forward, not just coordinate it.


Who This Role Is For

This role is for an experienced HR / People Generalist who enjoys variety, complexity and ownership.

You are likely:

  • Working in a broad Generalist or People Ops role

  • Comfortable balancing day‑to‑day HR with project and program work

  • Confident operating in a growing, changing organisation

You will need to bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role

  • Strong, practical knowledge of Irish employment law (UK exposure a plus)

  • Hands‑on experience with:

    • HR policy development and governance

    • Employee Relations case support

    • HR process improvement

  • Experience working in a global or multi‑jurisdiction environment

  • Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management capability

  • A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to HR challenges

Location & Practicalities

  • Based in Drogheda approx 3 days a week, with hybrid working

  • Global scope, supporting multiple jurisdictions

  • Occasional travel may be required
