The Business Unit Information Manager is key in driving excellence across all aspects of Information Management and is responsible for ensuring consistent standards, workflows and compliance across projects, while actively supporting and mentoring Information Coordinators to achieve best-in-class delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient management, control and distribution of project and organisational documentation, ensuring that accurate, up-to-date information is readily available to project teams, stakeholders, and third parties. The BU Information Manager works closely with project managers, design teams, consultants and subcontractors to maintain structured records, enforce version control and optimise the use of digital platforms such as Dalux, Viewpoint, client CDEs and any other systems in use. As both a mentor and technical expert, the BU Information Manager provides guidance, troubleshooting support and training for the wider information management team. They continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and digital workflows, ensuring the business remains at the forefront of industry standards and innovation in information management.
